HYPNOTHERAPY IN BOLTON
What is Hypnosis?
Email - firstname.lastname@example.org
Hypnosis is healing by trance (or an altered state of awareness). It is among the oldest phenomena known to man, and is found in one form or another, in virtually every culture through out the world.
There are many forms of psychological therapy but #hypnotherapy is distinctive in that it attempts to address the client's subconscious mind. Hypnotherapy is a safe and reliable method of treatment for a wide range of problems, such as anxiety, panic attacks, weight loss, stress management, smoking cessation and phobias. It can help break certain behaviour patterns, such as nail biting, blushing or over eating (please see my weight management programme) It can also help to overcome social phobias or nerves for example a job interview, driving test, motorway driving and job performance. It is non-addictive, has no harmful side effects and is suitable for most people. It is a natural method of using an individual's inner resources to bring about positive change to their emotional and psychological well-being. #Hypnotherapy compliments conventional medicine, but anyone with an existing or recurring medical condition is advised to check with their GP before their first therapy.

How does it work?
The Hypnotherapist will simply talk to you in such a way as to induce a state of profound relaxation. Whilst in this enjoyable hypnotic state, you will become open to any therapeutic suggestions made for your benefit, as your subconscious mind will have become especially alert. This can bring about profound changes to your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
Will I be aware of what is happening?
You will feel fully aware of all that is happening. You remain in full control, and will not "spill the beans" on your past secrets! You can not be influenced to do anything against your will whilst under hypnosis. At any time whilst you are under hypnosis, you have the ability to bring yourself out of trance. After the session, you will be able to recall all or parts of the session.
Hypnosis is a powerful healing therapy, making profound changes to your life.
How many sessions will I need?
This will be discussed at your initial appointment, which will be a counselling appointment including in-depth assessment, contracting and your chance to explain your problem. It is important to have an assessment before hypnotherapy, to be sure the session is tailor-made to suit your requirements. So for Hypnotherapy in Bolton look no further
